The Vienna Bentwood Armchair is understandably the chameleon of dining chairs. At home in the kitchens of the seventies, the European cafes of the 1800s, the modernism inspired interiors of the 1920s and the midcentury spaces of the fifties giving us something new, then old, then new again. Our Original Vienna Bentwood Armchairs are made in Poland like they have been for over 150 years. With each original bentwood item you are acquiring a little piece of history. These are hand made using a combination of heat, steam and pressure in a time honoured tradition of man versus nature. The Vienna Bentwood chair is infused with a timeless style that complements both classic and contemporary décors.
