Q. How come you can offer products at such great prices?
A. Because we direct import and bulk purchase our products where possible and pass on the savings to you. Further, we operate a solely on-line business, this allows us to minimise our overheads and operate off slim margins so that we can offer you, the best possible price.


Q. Can we view and/or collect products from the Zuca warehouse?
A. Yes, you can come and view products & collect them from our warehouse, by collecting you can SAVE the delivery charge. Collections and warehouse viewing are Monday – Friday between 9am – 4pm. Thank you.


Q. What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?
A. No problem, we operate a 365 Day Return Policy.


Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A. No, all our products can be viewed online.


Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags?
A. No, for security reasons we only ship to a physical residential or business address.


Q. How can I pay for my purchase?
A. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments online only.


Q. How secure are my credit card details if I use them online with Zuca?
A. Shopping at zuca.co.nz is safe. Our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.


Q. What if an item is out of stock?
A. If an item is out of stock, the product page will display an estimated arrival date. Further, we can email you when the item is in stock.


Q. Do you ship outside New Zealand?
A. Currently we do not, but please do email us with any queries at sales@zuca.co.nz


Q. How long before I receive my order?
A. Orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays will be received within two business days within the North Island and within three business days within the South Island.
