Q. Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?

A. Yes, we have a showroom in Wellington. It is located at 32 Seaview Road, Seaview, Lower Hutt. We are down the driveway behind Mastercraft kitchens. Our showroom hours are Monday – Friday 9:30am – 4:00pm.



Q. Do you have a showroom in Auckland?

A. No, unfortunately we only have a showroom in Wellington. If you want any additional details about any of our products feel free to email or phone us. We are more than happy to answer any qestions you may have. We also have a 365 returns policy if your products arrive and you are not 100% happy with them.



Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. We accept payment by Debit and Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard).



Q. How secure are my credit card details if I use them online with Zuca?

A. Shopping at zuca.co.nz is safe. Our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.



Q. Can I collect our order?

A. Yes, by selecting Click & Collect at the checkout you can save the delivery fee. Our showroom is open for collections Monday – Friday 9:30am – 4:00pm.



Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. The delivery fee depends on the type of prouct you are purchasing (in particular, the size and weight of an item). If you are purchasing multiple items you will just pay one delivery fee per address. For all full breakdown of the different delivery fees please check out our deliveries page.



Q. Do you ship to rural addresses?

A. Yes, we charge the same shipping fee for rural and urban addresses.



Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags?

A. No, for security reasons we only ship to a physical residential or business addresses.



Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.



Q. Does someone need to be home to accept my delivery?

A. Our carrier requires a signature as proof of receipt, however if you know you are not going to be home you can grant us authority to leave the items without a signature. Simply write in the comments section where you would like your items left.



Q. What if an item is out of stock?

A. If an item is out of stock, but in transit, the product page will display an estimated arrival date. You can sign up to receive an email notification when the item is back in stock.



Q. Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

A. Currently we do not, but please do email us with any queries at sales@zuca.co.nz.



Q. How long does delivery take?

A. Most orders placed before 11am will be processed and dispatched that day. Orders placed after 11am, on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched the following business day. Once orders are dispatched they take 1-3 days to reach main centres, and 2-4 days to reach everywhere else in the country. But this can sometimes vary due to factors outside Zuca’s control.



Q. How does your 365 day returns policy work?

A. If your order arrives and you are not 100% happy you have 365 days to return the items to us. Provided they are in as new condition you will receive a full refund, minus the delivery cost. We are happy to arrange to have the items collected from you. Just fill out the returns form or email returns@zuca.co.nz if you would like us to provide a quote for collection.



Q. Do your products come with a warranty?

A. Yes, all our products come with a one year manufacturers warranty.



Q. Do you sell gift vouchers?

A. Yes, we sell  range of gift vouchers, starting at $25. These are listed in the home accessories section, under gift vouchers.
