365-Day Return Policy

That’s right ZUCA offers a 365 Day Return Policy, in other words one full year!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for either a credit to be used with your next purchase or a full refund. If there is a fault with your order or part there of, please follow our returns procedure.

365 Day Return Policy

With ZUCA’s 365 Day Return Policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us with printed proof of purchase within 365 days from the purchase date in the original box/and or packaging, unused and in a completely re-saleable condition. Delivery & Collection charges will not be refunded.

If the product returned is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

zuca.co.nz stands behind its products and this policy gives you as a customer that added peace of mind.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, In the unlikely event that a product purchased from zuca.co.nz  is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to the right of repair, replacement or a refund.


ZUCA’s warranty period is effective for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the manufacturing process and does not cover faults that are as a direct result of misuse, accident or wear and tear. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty we will in the first instance endeavour to repair it at no charge to the customer. Where the product cannot be repaired we will replace it with the same or similar product. If that is not possible a refund will be made.
